Flower Bar Rental
Bring the flower bar to your next event. We drop off the cart, set everything up, and your guests get to build their own arrangements to take home. It is the kind of activity people talk about long after the party ends.
All rentals start with a $100 base equipment fee, which covers cart delivery, setup, breakdown, and wrapping supplies. Flower packages are added on top.
Flower colors can be customized to match your event palette. Just let us know your vision when you book and we will source accordingly.
Need something outside these tiers? Larger guest counts, a different duration, or something completely custom — reach out and we will put together a quote just for you.
Please book at least 2 weeks in advance so we have time to source your flowers fresh from the farm. For larger events or specific color requests, 3 to 4 weeks is ideal. Have a last minute event? Reach out and we’ll see if we can make something work!
Delivery included within 20 miles of Omaha. Deposit required to book.

Up to 10 guests · 2 hours ~80 stems
The sweetest starter. Perfect for intimate gatherings, birthday dinners, or a small bridal shower. Guests each get to choose their stems and build a little bouquet to take home.
Includes: seasonal flower varieties, pre-cut stems, wrapping paper and ribbon, cart setup and breakdown, and instruction cards for guests.
The Bloom - $375 (includes base fee)
Up to 20 guests · 3 hours ~160 stems
The most popular choice. Enough variety to keep everyone happy and enough time to let people linger. Great for baby showers, birthday parties, and girls’ nights.
Includes: seasonal flower varieties, pre-cut stems, wrapping paper and ribbon, cart setup and breakdown, and instruction cards for guests.
The Archive - $525 (includes base fee)
Up to 35 guests · 4 hours · ~320 stems
The full experience. More flowers, more time, more magic. Ideal for bridal showers, corporate events, and any celebration worth going all out for.
